While theory crafting my new CoC Manaforged build, I came across new i. NOTE: I started off with the recommendation for a hunter quiver for medium budget, but corrected myself during the emulation. With widowhail it gives +3 pierce, this is also why double pierce on the quiver is reduntant (+1 on implicit and explicit) as you don't need +6 pierce. Put a level 2 empower in it and at level 16 you get a +9 helmet. Any input is appreciated, thanks! For more info, this is my current quiver.
